  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

  • For defective or damaged items, please provide photos or videos as proof.

  • For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or cannot be resold.

  • Discounted/clearance items (unless defective).

  • Requests submitted after the return period.

4. Refund Process
  1. Contact our customer service to submit a return/refund request.

  2. Ship the item back to the designated return address.

  3. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days (returned to your original payment method).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another model or if the item is defective, we offer exchange services. The process follows the same rules as our return policy.
